Hello, I'm Tigger Pritchard, awesomely neurodivergent and an Autism and Pathological Demand Avoidance, Advocate, Consultant and Trainer. I'm also a Makaton Regional Tutor.

All of this with a particular "Tigger-ish" drive, insight and passion.

Click below to see my global Facebook page, The Autism Coffee Shop with Tigger Pritchard, my LinkedIn profile and please feel free to listen, share and like my podcasts, YouTube channel and Instragram pages too!

I've over thirty years of professional and personal experience. Working alongside, learning from and advocating for neurodivergent individuals. In many different ways: support worker, advocate, teacher, facilitator, trainer, manager, lecturer and friend, its been a long journey, one that I'm still traveling and learning on, personally and professionally.

This is all linked to a very personal insight, about a world I'm so passionate about. Raising understanding and acceptance of Neurodiversity. Accepting people for who they are, not trying to fit them into any "Neurotypical box".

Knowing more about Autistic world and it's culture, the effect of outdated perceptions, of trauma, and of the environment and the effect all these areas have upon an individual, will vastly help reduce an individuals level of anxiety.

For too long, I've seen individuals and families faced with a lack of current understanding of Autism and Neurodiversity, professionals under resourced with not enough training and supportive input, and all incredibly anxious.

I believe my passion, insight and knowledge can help to reduce this anxiety, and lead to true acceptance and understanding of the world of Autistic culture.

I'm using my extensive experience, knowledge and teaching practice to pass on my skills through my training and consultancy work across the whole of the United Kingdom, and a few other places across the globe, face to face and online.

I advise individuals, families, corporate organisations and educational settings on a consultancy basis. This includes one to one work and supporting families needing support, plus working in care, educational and other establishments.

I've supported and advised upon relaxed performances and Autistic friendly events. I'm able to design and deliver specific resources, bespoke training and more, to suit all requirements. I offer a wide range of services, from consultation and training, with individuals, families, education and care provision and organisations.

I'm a regular presenter, delivering for many major organisations and national and international conferences. A Conference organiser, having designed Cornwall's first Pathological Demand Avoidance and online Autism Conferences.

A passionate volunteer, I work for various advocacy and support groups in the Autism and PDA community.
