My goal is to reduce anxiety for all Neurotypes, through awareness, acceptance and understanding.

Hello, I'm Tigger Pritchard, Awesomely Autistic and an Autistic and Pathological Demand Avoidance, Advocate, Consultant and Trainer. I'm also a Makaton Regional Tutor.

All of this with a particular "Tigger-ish" drive, insight and passion.

I've over thirty five years of professional and personal experience. Working alongside, learning from and advocating for neurodivergent individuals. I've done this in many different ways: support worker, advocate, teacher, facilitator, trainer, manager, lecturer and friend.

Plus a lifetime of Autistic experience, which I'm exploring.

Its been a long journey, one that I'm still traveling and learning on, professionally and personally.

This is all linked to a very personal insight, about a world I'm so passionate about. Raising understanding and acceptance of Neurodiversity. Accepting people for who they are, not trying to fit them into any "Neurotypical box". Understanding that "one size does not fit all"

Knowing more about Autistic world and it's culture, the effect of outdated perceptions, understanding of trauma, of the environment and the effect all these areas have upon an individual, will vastly help reduce an individuals level of anxiety, and the anxiety of those around them.

For too long, I've seen individuals and families faced with a lack of current understanding of Autistic experience and Neurodiversity, professionals under resourced with not enough training and supportive input, and all incredibly anxious.

I believe my passion, insight and knowledge can help to reduce this anxiety, and lead to true acceptance and understanding of the world of Autistic culture.

I'm using my extensive experience, knowledge, teaching practice and personal insight to pass on my skills through my training and consultancy work across the globe, face to face and online. Supporting individuals, families, corporate organisations and educational settings on a consultancy basis. This includes one to one work and supporting families, individuals, working in care, educational and other establishments.

A passionate volunteer, I love supporting various advocacy and support groups in the Autistic and PDA community, and with I also volunteer with Aucademy, an awesomely Autistic led education platform.

I hold a full DBS Certificate. (Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate UK).

Feel free to get in touch, I look forward to hearing from you.

Some recent Feedback

"The training was fantastic and we’ve had some brilliant feedback. They were so positive about yours and the human element of it and real understanding of how things are for Autistic individuals and it being from their perspective.

One quote- Very refreshing – totally new slant on Autism and very positive. Traditional training tends to focus on the problems of autism and the negatives”
